ELCP Kickoff Convening Meeting
Around 40 leaders in Washington State’s early learning field gathered at Cedarbrook Lodge on October 3rd and 4th, 2023, to formally launch the network around Washington’s statewide Early Learning Coordination Plan (ELCP). Over the course of the two-day convening, conversations focused on exploring the network’s potential, cultivating connection and trust, understanding the ecosystem, and creating opportunities for participants to take action using a network approach to collaboration. Positive energy and momentum carried through the two days, with many participants describing the conversations and connections as healing and transformative.
