Our Action Teams

  • The Evaluation Team

    Explores culturally relevant, equitable methods of evaluation. Measures the health of the Network.

    Every First and Second Monday from 10-11am

  • The Core Team

    In charge of network stewardship. Holds the overarching vision for the Network and helps guide it.

    Every Second and Fourth Tuesday from 9-10am

  • The Communications Team

    Communications around the ELCP. Includes a quarterly newsletter and manages ELCP website.

    Every Third Tuesday from 2-3pm

Tiers/Types of Engagement

All levels of engagement are needed and necessary to the success the plan.

Tier 1: Guide

Guide the network’s vision and ensure decisions reflect community needs and values.

Participation Includes:
• Serving on the Core Team or as an Action Team Lead.
• Co-designing strategies and governance structures.
• Acting as a liaison between the network and other groups.
• Mentoring and supporting Tier 1 and 2 members.
• Leading evaluation and decision-making processes.

Tier 2: Contributor

Consistently engage in planning and implementation activities.

Participation Includes:

• Attending monthly or quarterly Action Team meetings.
• Helping plan and implement initiatives.
• Offering feedback to refine strategies and documents like the Charter.
• Contributing to peer learning and group reflection.

Tier 3: Connector

Stay informed and connected with minimal time commitment. 

Participation Includes:

• Receiving updates and newsletters.

• Attending informational sessions or annual convenings.

• Giving input via surveys or feedback opportunities.

• Sharing network information with local communities.
