Our Action Teams

  • Evaluation Team

    Explores culturally relevant, equitable methods of evaluation.

    Measures the health of the Network.

    Every First and Second Monday from 10-11am

  • Core Team

    In charge of network stewardship.

    Holds the overarching vision for the Network and helps guide it.

    Every Second and Fourth Tuesday from 9-10am

  • Communications Team

    Communications around the ELCP.

    Includes a quarterly newsletter and manages ELCP website.

    Every Third Tuesday from 2-3pm

  • Equity Trainings

    Racial equity trainings provided to ELCP network members intended to "lead and facilitate the co-design of policy and system solutions with communities affected by them.

    The curriculum has focused on centering community voice through a culture of belonging, shared accountability and governance, and applied learning using data-driven, community-centered practices.

Tiers/Types of Engagement

All levels of engagement are needed and necessary to the success the plan.

Tier 1: Guide

Guide the network’s vision and decisions.

Participation Includes:
• Serving as an Action Team Lead

• Co-designing strategies and governance structures

• 2-3 hours per month

Tier 2: Contributor

Consistently engage in planning and implementation activities.

Participation Includes:‍ ‍

• Attending Action Team meetings

• Helping plan and implement initiatives

• Contributing to peer learning and group reflection

• 1-2 hours per month

Tier 3: Connector

Stay informed and connected with minimal time commitment. 

Participation Includes:

• Receiving updates and newsletters.

• Attending informational sessions or annual convenings.

• Sharing network information with local communities.

• 1 hour per month
